FYI - the matchups were assigned randomly by number draw.  This is not a "seeded" bracket.  This leads to some killer first-round matchups.  It also allows for more variation year-to-year, otherwise we would likely have the same Final Four over and over.

The First Round is now closed!  Results and commentary are below.   But first, my yearly disclaimer:  I am an unabashed music snob.  I may trash-talk one of your favorites.  But this is all in good fun, so please fire back at me.  There's no banter like music geek banter.   Unfortunately my snarky comment game is a little off this morning, so apologies for some of the subpar content.  Hopefully I bring it stronger in Round 2. Round 3 Results

 Round 3 is now closed!  Thanks to all who participated.  Round 4 will be open later today.   Things are getting serious now.  I have had multiple people tell me that this bracket is forcing them to make extremely difficult decisions.  As a reminder, this is for entertainment purposes only.  Please bracket responsibly. Results and comments below! Wow - another one-vote decision!  Greensleeves advances to the Elite Eight. Things are definitely mellow in this part of the bracket. Cha-ching!  And greed shall reign for ever and ever. Biggest margin of this round. It's beginning to look a lot like a repeat champion.  Can anyone damp the bells this year? Probably not the "O Come" that anyone expected to make it this far.  Rejoice!
